RT 9 River Avenue Lakewood NJ
In May 2023 we delivered and installed a 14’x48’ 3 sided sign that targeted the very heavily traveled River Avenue in Lakewood NJ. This sign location delivered very desirable ad space to the people of Lakewood and Scoop Outdoor. One side of the structure is digital and the other two sides are static one day to also be digital.
The very tight confines of the parking area contributed to a somewhat difficult install but our crews and partners from Hillis Outdoor Specialist handled it with utmost confidence and the overall job was a success for Scoop and OSI. Our customer Eli (Lazer) Hazenfeld was a very happy operator with the results.
Segra Field

In April of 2023 we contracted with Segra Field an affiliate of DC United soccer to build a scoreboard for the minor league team in Loudon VA. OSI worked with Watchfire signs the digital manufacturer that supplies the digital product.
During excavation we encountered very hard rock and contracted Atlantic drilling to excavate the foundation. With a small delay the sign was installed per specification and the client was extremely happy with the finished scoreboard which was a huge improvement to the facility.
Lancaster Longs Park
Across US Highway 30 From Park City Center – Lancaster, PA
This dominant 1448 Full Flag Double Digital Bulletin is located in Longs Park inside a horse facility owned and operated by the police department. Located on Interstate RT 30 in Lancaster, PA . Route 30, the third longest highway in the United States, is a very highly traveled artery in that part of PA.
This was a very interesting build as we worked inside a horse coral with very large docile horses used by the police department. The build was perfect and our client Oaktree Outdoor Media was extremely happy with the end result.
Upper Dublin, PA
Pennsylvania Turnpike/ Route 276
In May of 2023 OSI contracted with the Wolfgate company to install a 1448 full flag double digital sign on the PA Turnpike RT 276 in Upper Dublin PA. This highly traveled artery in PA serves traffic in Philadelphia surrounding area.
This fantastic location is now owned and operated by Clear Channel Outdoor. The job went as smooth as it could have and all parties were happy with the results.
