On December 9, 2024 Outdoor Specialist joined hands with Capitol Outdoor, Dunning Electric and Ultra Lum Inc to build a spectacular digital display wall in the heart of Baltimore City. This installation features a spectacular, multi sectional curved digital display. The curvature of the wall annunciates a very viable advertising display and structure to a very busy Baltimore main arterial as well as a large foot traffic segment in the Baltimore Inner Harbor. The curved digital display sits in the heart of Baltimore City’s downtown entertainment district, directly across from the convention center!
The build came with it’s challenges which included on site welding and installation 70’ in the air to attach the signs steel structure to the exterior of the building. An additional challenge included night time work for the entire duration of the project. Special lighting was temporarily installed so as to allow our crews to install the unit during nighttime hours. We had a manlift and crane on a very busy corner property in Baltimore City. In the end the project was completed to everyone’s satisfaction and Capitol Outdoor and Baltimore City were extremely happy with the results.
